Mix and apply like paint, use sponge and swirl onto finished polymer clay.
PanPastels produce very little dust for a cleaner working environment. All PanPastel Colors are made using a unique manufacturing process requiring minimal binder and fillers, resulting in rich, ultra soft and low dust formulations. Can be mixed for an infinite palette of colors. They are wonderful to use on polymer clay.
